Please see some of the activities that we will be doing in school next week .

Hello and welcome to a new academic year;
The holidays again passed very quickly, Porth Madog did not have the sunshine that I was hoping for but I have definitely had a lot of sometimes wet and sometimes brazing fresh air!
Well during the holidays I have been chasing various leads regarding funding for the class to have an outside area, so far so good. Just keep your fingers crossed but we may still have to have a fundraiser for the doors. Sadly Carys has left and is now enjoying life in South Africa we wish her well and would love to hear news of her if anyone is still in touch with mum.
This term we will be learning through dinosaurs, (Harry and a bucket full of dinosaurs). But for the first two weeks I shall be assessing the children individually and finding the base line of their learning specifically in maths and literacy.
Please ensure all articles of children's clothing is labelled sorting endless jumpers is not easy. For P.E. the children need pumps, white T-shirt and black shorts.
Snack money continues the same as last term, £1.20 a week, from this children do their cookery as well as a snack in the afternoon when we try to encourage the children to eat different fruits.
 
Also please remember your child's special week, this will start on Monday 13th September, so please Dyfan's mum may I have something sent in. I shall be sending home Tom Ted on a Friday for the weekend, please fill in the diary and any photographs will be very welcoming.
